QUALIFICATIONS
2004 – Graduated high school in Butte, Montana and moved to Spokane, Washington
2008 – Earned a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University in Business Administration
2010 – Began appraisal career
2013 – Became a Certified General Appraiser
2015 – Earned MAI designation
2020 – Started my own appraisal business
I currently hold a Certified General Appraiser license in Montana, and have also worked in Washington and Idaho. I enjoy appraising many property types. I have experience valuing properties from $50,000 to $14 million that range in complexity from vacant land to a mixed-use property on leased land. I am passionate about property valuation and look forward to working with you.

2008 – Graduated high school in Twin Bridges, Montana and moved to Spokane, Washington
2012 – Earned a bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University in Business Administration and began working in higher education as an Admissions Representative at Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT
2014 – Began working at Montana Technological University in Butte, MT in various student services roles including Financial Aid Specialist, Employment Services Coordinator, and Assistant Director of Financial Aid
2022 – Joined Northwest Mountain Appraisal Group as a Researcher
I am currently working toward my Appraiser Trainee license in Montana and enjoy learning about all facets of valuation from beginning to end of an appraisal assignment. In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, camping, water and snow skiing and reading.
